The main outcomes
/ outputs arising from this project were:
- Over 200 students in 8 HEIs inducted in the use
of the RAPID Progress File
- RAPID Progress File tested in 5 Employer Organisations
- Development and application of a generic recording
achievement / skill development initiative (Skills
for Success), based on the RAPID Progress File,
at Loughborough University
- Customised versions of the RAPID Progress File
developed and used with students at 2 HEIs involved
in the project
- The RAPID Progress File adopted by the CIOB to
complement their existing Professional Development
Programme (PDP)
