Aims and objectives

The RAPID+ Project (2003-2004) was an extension of the RAPID 2000 Project. It was funded by FDTL through 'transferability funding' offered to successful past projects.

The aims and objectives of this project were to:

•Transfer the lessons concerning the implementation of Personal Development Planning (PDP), arising from the RAPID 2000 project evaluation programme, to other HE Institutions not previously involved in the RAPID 2000 project

•Transfer the lessons concerning the implementation of PDP, arising from the RAPID 2000 project’s integrated evaluation programme, to other faculties / departments at some of the HE Institutions previously involved in the RAPID 2000 project

•Feed the lessons concerning the implementation of PDP, arising from the RAPID 2000 project evaluation programme, to existing organisations / networks (e.g. LTSN Centres, Centre for Recording Achievement (CRA) etc.) involved in promoting PDP
